"The Chef"

At the heart of ‘Yes Chef Dining’ is Richard Bramble, the chef himself. He has been in the restaurant trade for over half his life, starting at the age of 15 as a pot washer and working his way through the ranks to eventually earn his status as a head chef.
Throughout his career Richard made efforts to move from kitchen to kitchen in order to broaden his skillset and take the best elements from all his experiences to become a brilliant all-rounder. With the arrival of his baby son, Richard felt it was time for a new direction and developed the concept of ‘Yes Chef Dining’.

The Courses

Private Dining
Take a look at the sample menus and select your dishes from a one of our menus. You can chat to our chef about any further requests, dietary requirements or personal preferences. The menus on the website can always be tailored to suit the client and upgrades can be arranged.Pay a 20% deposit to secure the date of your meal. Full payment must be made within 7 days before your dinner party.
The chef will arrive at your home a couple of hours before your meal. Most of the preparation will be done in the Yes Chef kitchen so there’s no need to worry about how large or well-equipped your own kitchen is. All he will need is a working oven and hob.
All crockery will be supplied by Yes Chef and there’s no need to wash up afterwards – it’s all part of the service!
