Richard is a master of flavour and the menus he designs maintain the ethics of our business. Over the years he has built up relations with local suppliers and is proud to use British produce from as close to our kitchen as possible. He recognises the importance of supporting other independent businesses in our region and stands by his principles when it comes to providing quality, fresh, seasonal ingredients for our food.

Richard has been using Clarkes Greengrocers on Warwick Street throughout his career and knows that he is supplied with the best fruit and veg available. Clarkes passion for high quality produce and Richards passion for cooking makes the perfect combination when creating the delicious fresh flavours in the ‘Yes Chef’ menu.

We are also proud to have our meat supplied by ‘The Meat Room’, a brilliant butchers shop on Warwick Street. If they’re good enough for the likes of Tom Kerridge then they’re good enough for us!

In keeping with the ideals of using local produce and having good relationships with our suppliers, our honey is produced by Richard’s father-in-law and comes all the way from Warwick!
